Ingredients

1. 2 dorados (each 300-400 g)
2. 100 g couscous
3. 2 lemons
4. Few spearmint leafs
5. 3 tbps olive oil
6. 50 g butter
7. Fresh parsley or dill
8. 130 g broth or water
9. 1 tbps Fish seasoning “Recipes by Chef”

Preparation

  1. Prepare the marinade for fish. Mix flavouring fish seasoning “Recipes by Chef”, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and olive oil.
  2. Season the fish with salt and pepper according to your own taste (we recommend using our pepper blend “Day and night”) and rub it with marinade.
  3. Mix couscous with lemon peel, sliced mint and greens, add salt and pepper according to your own taste. Pour boiling broth or water over couscous, add some butter and cover the pot.
  4. Preheat the oven to 160?С and bake fish for 15-25 minutes. Put the butter on fish 3 minutes before it is ready.
  5. Pour over the fish the roasting juice and serve it with couscous. The dish is ready.
