Shawarma with chicken

The secret of cooking delicious dishes with oriental flavor in the careful selection of spices. Favorite fast food of the Middle East – shawarma! We prepare a hearty, spicy and juicy snack together with chicken seasoning east of the Trading House “Lubystok”.

Ingredients

1. Seasoning for grilled chicken eastern "Lubystok" - 2-3 tbsp.
2. Fresh herbs (lettuce, parsley, dill, basil)
3. Chicken - 300 g
4. Pita bread - 2 pcs.
5. Cucumbers - 2 pcs.
6. Tomatoes - 2 pcs.
7. Cabbage - 50 g
8. Marinated carrots (spicy)
9. Onion (blue) - 1 pc.
10. Garlic - 2-3 cloves
11. Lemon - 1 pc.
12. Cheese - 30 g
13. Egg - 1 pc.
14. Vinegar - 1 tsp.
15. Oil - 200 ml
16. Ketchup - 50 g
17. Himalayan pink salt - 1 tbsp.

Preparation:

  1. Wash chicken thighs, peel. Add the seasoning to the grilled chicken east of the Trading House “Lubystok”, Himalayan pink salt and a few tablespoons of oil. Stir and leave to marinate. Fry on both sides and cut into pieces. Cut all the vegetables into strips.
  2. Prepare white sauce: mix egg, oil, herbs and garlic cloves. For tomato sauce, mix ketchup, basil and dill.
  3. We collect shaverma. Spread pita bread with sauces, spread vegetables and meat. Wrap and fry on both sides.
