Salad with liver and pomegranate

We prepare a light salad with liver, berries and pomegranate seeds, using only natural spices from the Trading House “Lubystok.

1. Seasoning for salad "Greek" "Lubystok" - 1 pack.
2. Organic oregano "Lubystok" - 2 g
3. Ground black organic pepper "Lubystok" - 2 g
4. Himalayan pink salt "Lubystok" - 2 g
5. Sugar - 10 g
6. Pork liver - 140 g
7. Flour - 10 g
8. Oil - 30 g
9. Pomegranate (grains) - 20 g
10. Fresh berries (or frozen) - 20 g
11. Salad mix 100 g
12. Camembert cheese - 40 g
13. Baguette (for crackers) - 50 g


  1. Pour the salad dressing into a container and add water, oil and vinegar. Mix. Leave for 15 minutes.
  2. Season the prepared liver with ground organic pepper and Himalayan pink salt of the Trading House “Lubystok”. Bread in flour and fry in oil until cooked. Dry on a napkin. Cut into slices.
  3. Prepare crackers: cut the baguette into slices and season with Himalayan pink salt and organic oregano “Lubystok”. Dry in the oven at 160 ° C for 5-10 minutes.
  4. Season the prepared salad with Greek salad seasoning and salt.
  5. Place the liver and seasoned salad mix on a plate. Add sliced ​​Camembert cheese. Sprinkle with berries and garnish with baguette crackers and pomegranate seeds.
