Pickled mushrooms

Delicious mushrooms are possible in winter! Prepare a delicious marinade for mushrooms with organic seasonings from”Lubystok”.

1. Mushrooms - 2 kg
2. Seasoning for pickling mushrooms "Lubystok" - 2 tbsp.
3. Himalayan pink salt - to taste
4. Organic sugar "Dobrik" - 2 tbsp.
5. Water - 900 g
6. Vinegar - 100 g


  1. Before marinating, cover mushrooms with cold water for 1 hour.
  2. Wash well under running water and cut into large pieces.
  3. Put the prepared mushrooms in a small saucepan and pour water over them. After boiling, cook the mushrooms for an average of 20-25 minutes.
  4. Using a colander, drain the mushroom broth into a smaller pan, and rinse the mushrooms with water.
  5. Prepare a marinade from the remaining broth. We add to it Himalayan pink salt, organic sugar “Dobryk”, and seasoning for pickling mushrooms from “Lubystok”.
  6. We bring it to a boil and only after it boils, we pour the mushrooms into it. Boil for 6-7 minutes and add vinegar. Boil for another 5 minutes.
  7. Pour the marinade into sterilized jars, where the boiled mushrooms are already lying, and close them.
