Ingredients

1. Crispy breading from "Lubystok" - 100 g.
2. Onion (large) - 2 pcs.
3. Flour - 2 tbsp.
4. Baking powder - 1 tsp.
5. Beer - 50 g
6. Eggs - 1 pc.
7. Salt and spices from "Lubystok" - to taste
8. Oil for frying

Preparation:

  1. Peel the onions, cut them into large circles and divide them into rings.
  2. Prepare a “lizon”, almost a batter: combine flour, beer, egg and baking powder and mix thoroughly, add your favorite spices and salt from “Lubystok”.
  3. We dip the rings first in flour, then in lizon and generously bread them in the crispy breading from “Lubystok”.
  4. Fry the rings in oil until golden.

To add Tartar sauce:

  • Beat in a blender – 700 grams of mayonnaise + 2 pickled cucumbers + 2 boiled eggs + dill and 2 cloves of garlic. Tartar sauce is ready.

Or – Tomato and cheese sauce:

  • Mix ketchup (200 g) + mayonnaise (200 g). Grate hard cheese on a fine grater (150 g). Finely chop the dill and garlic. Mix everything thoroughly.
