5. Ground black pepper "Hell pepper" - 2 tsp.
6. Olive oil - to taste


  1. Wash the pork neck thoroughly. Make one deep incision a few inches from the edge. Expand it along the incision.
  2. To marinate the meat better, make oblique cuts where the layer is even thicker.
  3. Grease the prepared meat with olive oil and salt with Himalayan pink salt.
