Ingredients preparation time:

1. Red beans - 500 g
2. Seasoning "Khmeli-suneli" from the line "Tastes of the World" - 1 tsp.
3. Garlic - 2-3 teeth.
4. Onions - 2 pcs.
5. Ground red chili pepper "Hell pepper" - 2 tsp.
6. Fresh cilantro and parsley
7. Himalayan pink salt - to taste
Soak the beans overnight in cold water.
After that, it should be rinsed, transferred to a saucepan and fill with water. Cook over low heat for about 1.5 hours.
Next, drain the liquid, leaving enough broth to cover the beans.
Mash one half of the beans with a fork and leave the other half whole. Add the seasoning “Khmeli-suneli” from the line “Tastes of the World”, chopped garlic. Add salt.
Finely chop the cilantro, parsley and onion, add to the dish and mix.
