1. Seasoning "Khmeli-suneli" Tastes of the world - 1 tbsp.
2. Veal (shoulder) - 180 g.
3. Veal (ribs) - 100 g.
4. Onion - 180 g.
5. Adjika - 30 years old.
6. Tomato paste - 70 g.
7. Rice - 150 g.
8. Garlic - 45 years
9. Oil - 20 g.
10. Water - 1 liter.
11. Ground black pepper and salt to taste.
12. Fresh parsley and cilantro.


  1. Peel the meat, wash and dry. Bake the spatula and ribs for 40 minutes at a temperature of 180 ° C.
  2. Heat the oil in a cooking vessel (bowl or pan).
  3. Cut the onion and fry until golden. Add adjika and tomato paste. Fry. Add the “Khmeli-suneli” seasoning from the “Tastes of the World” line, dried tomatoes and salt. Fry for 5 minutes.
  4. Separate the ribs and cut the spatula into small pieces. Add meat and ribs. Fry over medium heat for 3-5 minutes.
  5. We lay fig. Fill with water. After boiling, reduce heat to low. Cook for 20 minutes.
  6. Season with additional spices. Let it boil for 3-5 minutes.
  7. Add chopped parsley and cilantro.
  8. Before serving, decorate with a sprig of parsley and chili rings.
