Julien with chicken and mushrooms

Classic julienne with chicken and mushrooms is the perfect French dish in your home kitchen. We use “French seasoning” of the “Tastes of the World” series and “Béchamel” sauce for cream filling from the Trading House “Lubystok” for cooking juliennes.

1. French seasoning from the line "Tastes of the World" - 18 g.
2. Himalayan pink salt "Lubystok" - 2 tbsp. l.
3. Chicken fillet - 500 g
4. Mushrooms (champignons) - 650 g
5. Onions - 300 g
6. Eggs - 2 pcs.
7. Butter - 50 g
8. Cheese - 150 g
9. Cream - 100 g
10. Sour cream - 150 g
11. Oil - 50 ml
12. Cherry tomatoes for decoration


  1. Cut chicken fillet, mushrooms and onions into strips.
  2. Fry the chicken fillet in a mixture of butter and oil until golden, add Himalayan pink salt “Lubystok” and seasoning “French” from the line “Tastes of the World” of the Trading House “Lubystok”.
  3. Separately fry the mushrooms, add the onions. Put the chicken to the mushrooms and onions. Add the prepared “Bechamel” sauce and sour cream. Stew over low heat.
  4. Put the julienne mixture into baking tins.
  5. Separately beat 2 eggs and grated cheese. We spread the obtained juliennes in ice cube trays. Garnish with cherry tomatoes.
  6. Cook in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
