We are preparing a nutritious dish – hummus with natural spices from “Lubystok”.

1. Large light chickpeas - 350 g
2. Himalayan pink salt "Lubystok" - to taste
3. Lemon - 1 pc
4. Garlic - 2 cloves
5. Granulated dried garlic "Lubystok" - 2 tsp.
6. Ground black pepper "Lubystok" - 1-1.5 tsp.
7. Olive oil - 50 g
8. Ground paprika "Lubystok" - to taste
9. Avocado - 1 pc


  1. Wash chickpeas well and soak in cold water. About 3 cups of water to 1 cup of chickpeas. You need to soak overnight and put in the refrigerator.
  2. In the morning, boil the chickpeas over medium heat in the same water in which they were soaked. Cook for about 1 hour. Add Himalayan pink salt “Lubystok”. Remove the finished chickpeas from the stove, strain and save the strained liquid.
  3. In the bowl of a blender, mix chickpeas, olive oil, lemon juice, a little liquid in which the chickpeas were cooked and blend until smooth. Add dried granulated garlic and ground black pepper from “Lubystok” and stir again.
  4. Ready hummus is served with sliced ​​pieces of avocado, olive oil and sprinkled with ground paprika “Hell pepper”.
