Garlic cheesecake

The combination of a sweet name with a salty taste is garlic cheesecake! With natural spices from the Trading House “Lubystok” we prepare a spicy delicacy in the home kitchen!

Ingredients

1. Butter - 100 g
2. Spices "Dried granulated garlic" - 2 teaspoon
3. Seasoning "Mixture of ground peppers" "Hell pepper" - 1 teaspoon
4. Cheese - 500 g
5. Garlic - 1/2 clove
6. Eggs - 3 pcs.
7. Cream 30% - 100 ml
8. Himalayan pink salt - to taste
9. Fresh herbs
10. Сrackers ( no sweet) - 200 g

Preparation:

  1. Make a base for the cheesecake: grind the cracker and mix with melted butter. Spread in the form.
  2. Mix cheese with garlic in a blender. Add spices “Dried granulated garlic”, seasoning “Mixture of ground peppers” “Hell pepper”  and Himalayan pink salt. Thoroughly mix everything again.
  3. Pour in the cream and beat the eggs. Mix everything until smooth. Pour into a mold (this is the second layer).
  4. Bake in the oven for 1-1.5 hours at 160 ° C.
  5. The finished cheesecake should cool for 3.5-4 hours. Sprinkle with seasoning “Mixture of ground peppers” “Hell pepper” and greens on top.
  6. Next, it should be refrigerated for 2 hours, after which it is ready to eat.
