Taste delicious American cinnamon buns – cinnabons !! We bake this delicacy with ground cinnamon Premium from Trading House “Lubystok” and organic ingredients from TM “Dobryk”.

Ingredients
1. Ground cinnamon "Lubystok" - 15 g
2. Yeast "Dobryk" - 10 g
3. Milk (warm) - 250 ml
4. Flour - 500 g
5. Vanillin "Dobryk" - 1 unit.
6. Eggs - 2 pcs.
7. Organic sugar "Dobryk" - 150 g
8. Butter - 100 g
9. Organic sugar "Dobryk" - 40 g
10. Mascarpone cheese - 250 g
11. Milk - 40 ml
12. A pinch of salt
Preparation:
Add dry yeast “Dobryk”, organic sugar and flour to the heated milk. Carefully mix the ingredients, cover with a towel and leave for 30 – 50 minutes in a warm place.
Then mix 2 eggs with sugar and add to the mash. Add a pinch of salt and melted butter. Stir gently. Sift and add flour (450 -500 g). Knead the dough. Cover with a towel, put to rise in a warm place for 1-1.5 hours.
Roll out the finished dough in a thin layer. Grease with melted butter. Sprinkle with sugar with the addition of ground cinnamon “Lubystok”.
Carefully wrap the dough in a roll, divide into equal parts and cut (this portion is about 12-14 cinnabons). Wrap the edge of each cinnabon under the bottom so that it does not come off during baking. Cover the formed cinabons with cling film and leave for another 30-50 minutes. to climb well.
Bake cinnabons should be at t 180 ° C for 20-25 minutes.
