We prepare delicious chebureks with natural seasonings from “Lubystok”.

1. Flour - 500 g
2. Water (boiling water) - 1 glass
3. Himalayan pink salt - 1 tsp
4. Eggs - 1 pc
5. Onion - 2 pcs
6. Mixture of ground peppers "Hell pepper" - to taste
7. Oil
8. Butter - 100 g
9. Minced beef - 500 g


  1. Prepare the dough: up to 1 tsp. of Himalayan pink salt, add 300 ml of boiling water and flour. Mix everything thoroughly.
  2. Prepare the egg-butter mixture: beat 1 chicken egg in a deep bowl. Beat it with a whisk and add melted butter. But! Add the butter to the egg when it cools down.
  3. Combine dough and egg-butter mixture. Mix thoroughly and cover with cling film. We put it in a cool place for 30 minutes.
  4. Prepare the filling: add chopped onions and a ground mixture of peppers “Hell’s pepper” from “Lubystok” to the minced beef. Mix and put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  5. Divide the dough, which has been in a cool place, into 2 equal parts. Roll out each part of the dough into a thin layer. Place a plate on it and use a knife to cut out an even circle.
  6. Put a tablespoon of minced meat on one side of the workpiece. Carefully wrap the dough so that the filling is inside the cheburek. Tightly pinch the edges of the cheburek.
  7. Fry the chebureks in a pan in a large amount of oil on both sides. Transfer the finished chebureks to a plate covered with a napkin.
