Cauliflower and broccoli in crispy breading

Cooking cauliflower and broccoli using organic spices and crunchy breading from “Lubystok”.

Ingredients

1. Flour - 30 g
2. Fresh cauliflower + broccoli - 275 g
3. Eggs - 1 pc.
4. Crispy breading "Lubystok" - 30 g
5. Organic oregano "Lubystok" - 1 tsp.
6. Organic basil "Lubystok" - 1 tsp.
7. Oil - 20 ml
8. Fresh greens - 4 g
9. Garlic - 4 g

For the tartar sauce:
1. Mayonnaise - 829 g
2. Pickled cucumbers - 105 g
3. Dill - 29 g
4. Eggs - 2 pcs
5. Peeled garlic - 10 g

Preparation:

  1. Disassemble cauliflower and broccoli into inflorescences and boil.
  2. Bread according to the scheme: flour-> egg + oregano “Lubystok” + basil “Lubystok” -> crispy breading “Lubystok”.
  3. Fry in oil on both sides for 7-10 minutes.
  4. Prepare tar-tar sauce: dill and pickles cut into small pieces. Finely chop garlic, protein; yolk grate with mayonnaise. Mix all products to a homogeneous consistency.
  5. Serve ready-made cauliflower and broccoli in breadcrumbs with tar-tar sauce.
