Caprese salad with sun-dried tomatoes and pesto sauce

Caprese is a light salad that delights the taste with freshness and natural vitamins! Classic Pesto sauce, slices of sun-dried tomatoes and only selected spices from the Trading House “Lubystok”!



Ingredients preparation time:

30 minutes


1. Mozzarella "baby" - 150 g
2. Cherry tomatoes - 150 g
3. Sun-dried tomatoes - 5 pcs.
4. Pesto sauce - 2 tsp.
5. Olive oil - 2 tbsp.
6. Balsamic vinegar - 1 tsp.
7. Balsamic sauce
8. Himalayan pink salt with a mixture of "Lubystok" peppers - to taste
9. Oregano dried "Lubystok" - to taste
10. Fresh basil


  1. Pour boiling water over cherry tomatoes for a few minutes. Transfer to ice water and then peel.
  2. Marinate mozzarella cheese in a mixture of oil, balsamic sauce, balsamic vinegar, Himalayan pink salt with a mixture of peppers and dried oregano of the  Trading House “Lubystok”.
  3. Place a spoonful of pesto sauce on the bottom of the serving plate, place the blanched tomatoes and marinated mozzarella cheese.
  4. Add a few slices of sun-dried tomatoes and fresh basil leaves. Decorate with drops of pesto sauce. The classic version of Caprese salad is ready!
