We prepare homemade cabbage with a universal seasoning from the collection of spices “Recipes from the Chef”, because it’s time to cook fresh cabbage dishes.

Ingredients

1. Universal seasoning "Recipes from the Chef" "Lyubistok" - to taste
2. Pink Himalayan salt "Lyubistok" - 3 tsp
3. Organic bay leaf "Lyubistok" -1-2 pcs
4. Pork - 400 g
5. Butter - 30 g
6. Sour cream - 50 g
7. Carrots - 200 g
8. Fresh cabbage - 500 g
9. Potatoes - 200 g
10. Onions - 100 g
11. Tomato paste - 2 tbsp.
12. Water - 3 liters
13. Fresh herbs - 1 bunch

Preparation:

  1. Boil the meat in a separate pan. Add chopped cabbage, chopped potatoes, universal seasoning “Recipes from the chef” “Lubystok”, Himalayan pink salt “Lubystok”.
  2. Fry the onion in butter and add to the cabbage.
  3. Add tomato paste and Himalayan pink salt “Lubystok”.
  4. Cook for another 20-25 minutes. At the end we add a bay leaf organic “Lubystok”.
  5. Add fresh herbs and sour cream directly to the plate before serving. Delicious homemade cabbage is ready!

 

P.S. If you like thick cabbage, add 2-3 tablespoons of millet during cooking and let it boil well.
