Buffalo chicken wings

1. Seasoning "American steak" from the line "Tastes of the World" - 1 tsp.
2. Chicken wings - 1 kg.
3. Cream - 200 ml.
4. Flour - 100 g
5. Frying sunflower oil - 1 liter.
6. Himalayan pink salt - a pinch
For the sauce:
1. Tomato sauce - 200 g
2. Butter - 100 g
3. Tabasco sauce - 1 tsp.


  1. Thoroughly peel and marinate the chicken wings in the seasoning “American steak” from the line “Tastes of the World”.
  2. Make a batter of flour, spices and cream and dip the wings in it. Heat the sunflower oil enough and fry the breaded wings until fully cooked – the batter will fry until golden brown.
  3. Prepare tomato sauce for stewing: heat butter and tomato sauce in a frying pan. Add spicy tabasco and a pinch of Himalayan pink salt. Transfer the fried chicken wings to the sauce and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Serve the finished dish and serve hot – it’s incredibly tasty. Sliced ​​celery and young carrots are traditionally served as a side dish to Buffalo wings.
