Borscht dressing

Delicious borscht can be cooked very easily in winter, if you take care of borscht dressing in autumn.

Ingredients:

1. Beet - 5 kg
2. Onion - 10 pcs
3. Tomatoes - 1 kg
4. Salt - 2 tbsp.
5. Ground black pepper "Hell pepper" - to taste
6. Carrot - 1 kg
7. Oil - 1.5 cups
8. Vinegar - 1.5 cups
9. Organic sugar "Dobryk" - 1 tbsp.
10. Red ground paprika "Hell pepper" - to taste

Preparation:

  1. Boil the beets and rub on a grater.
  2. Pour oil into a deep saucepan and put it on a small fire. Put the chopped carrots and onions in a saucepan.
  3. Grate the tomatoes and add to the pan.
  4. Add beets, salt,  sugar “Dobryk”, ground red pepper “Hell pepper”, vinegar, ground black pepper “Hell pepper” from “Lubystok” and mix well. Simmer for 40 minutes.
  5. Place in jars and sterilize for 25 minutes. Screw on the lids, turn the cans upside down, wrap and leave until completely hardened.
