Bavarian sausages

We reveal all the secrets of cooking the perfect Bavarian sausages that will decorate any holiday table. Traditionally, we add only natural spices from the Trading House “Lubystok”.

Ingredients

For minced meat:
1. Minced pork - 600 g
2. Minced beef - 600 g
3. Lard - 300 g
4. Ice - 300 g
5. Himalayan pink salt - to taste
6. A mixture of whole organic peppers "Lubystok" - 2 tbsp.
7. Mustard seeds "Lubystok" - 1.5 tsp.
8. Dried oregano "Loquat" - 1.5 tsp.
9. Ginger "Lubystok" - to taste
10. Organic thyme "Lubystok" - 1 tsp.

Marinated red cabbage garnish
1. Red cabbage - 1 kg
2. Vinegar - 50 g
3. Organic sugar "Dobryk" - 30 g
4. Oil - 120 g
5. Mustard seeds - 10 g
6. Coriander seeds - 10 g

Preparation:

  1. Pass all meat and lard through a meat grinder. Season the stuffing with mustard seeds, dried oregano, ginger (to taste), an organic mixture of whole peppers and Himalayan pink salt. Add crushed ice. Mix thoroughly.
  2. Fill the pork shell with the prepared minced meat. Form sausages. Pour cold water. Let stand 30 minutes.
  3. Put in the oven and cook at 80 degrees. Remove from oven and cool.
  4. Prepare a side dish of red cabbage: put sliced ​​cabbage in boiling water and cook until soft. Discard in a colander and dry. Transfer to a bowl and pour vinegar. Mix thoroughly so that the cabbage is the same color. Season it with  organic sugar  “Dobryk” and oil. Add spices – mustard seeds and coriander. Mix. Put in the refrigerator.
  5. Fry the sausages in a preheated pan on all sides with the addition of garlic and thyme. Lay out on a plate. Add pickled cabbage and chopped chili peppers.
  6. Garnish with greens and serve with mustard.
