Adjika

A favorite proven recipe and natural spices from Lubystok and a delicious addition to any meat dish is ready.

Ingredients:

1. Tomatoes - 3 kg
2. Apples (sour) - 1 kg
3. Bell pepper - 1 kg
4. Carrot - 1 kg
5. Garlic - 200 g
6. Ground chili pepper "Hell pepper" - 0.5 tsp.
7. Ground paprika "Hell pepper" - 2 tsp.
8. Mixture of ground peppers "Hell pepper" - 1 tsp.
9. Vinegar - 100 ml
10. Sunflower oil - 200 ml
11. Sugar - 200 g
12. Salt - 3 tbsp.

Preparation:

  1. Wash all the vegetables, chop them with a knife and pass them through a meat grinder.
  2. Put to a pan in which it will be convenient to stew adjika.
  3. Cook the vegetable mass over low heat for 1 hour. Then add a mixture of ground peppers “Hell pepper”, ground paprika “Hell pepper”, ground chili pepper “Hell pepper” and other ingredients.
  4. Adjika is almost ready. Bring the mixture to a boil and cook for a few more minutes over low heat.
  5. Pour adjika into sterilized jars and close.
