Young potatoes

It is impossible to imagine a more summer dinner than new potatoes with fresh dill. Add a little butter and a pinch of Himalayan pink salt with spices from “Lubystok”.

Ingredients

1. Himalayan pink salt with garlic and rosemary "Lubystok" - to taste
2. Oregano "Lubystok" - to taste
3. Potatoes - 1 kg
4. Fresh dill - 10 g
5. Butter - 50 g

Preparation:

  1. Peel the potatoes and cover them with hot water. Boil until half done.
  2. Drain the water. Transfer to a baking sheet. Grease with butter. Add Himalayan pink salt with garlic and rosemary from “Lubystok”.
  3. Bake until fully cooked. Sprinkle hot potatoes generously with chopped dill.
