1. 500 g meat
2. 300 g lard
3. 500 g rice (sort “jasmine”)
4. 3 onions
5. 3 carrots
6. 70 g vegetable oil
7. 1 l water
8. 2 tblps Seasoning for pilaf “Recipes by Chef”
9. 8. 2 ст.л. Приправи до плову «Рецепти від Шефа»

Preparation

  1. Let the lard melt in cauldron, take out all cracklings and roast meat there util light crisp. Take out roast meat and fry all over onion and carrot.
  2. Put meat back to the cauldron, add rice, 2 tablespoons of flavouring seasoning for pilaf “Recipes by Chef” and 1 l water..
  3. Bring to boil and lower the fire and cover the cauldron.
  4. Cook pilaf on small fire for 20 minutes and then let the dish stay covered for 30 minutes till rice absorbs all water. The dish is ready.
