Ingredients

1. Dried rosemary "Lubystok" - 1 tbsp.
2. Potatoes - 1.5 kg
3. Himalayan pink salt "Lubystok" - 2 tbsp.
4. Carrots - 2 pcs
5. Garlic (chopped) - 2 tsp.
6. Oil - 2 tbsp.
7. Fresh herbs - to taste

Preparation:

  1. Wash the potatoes thoroughly. Cut into slices and transfer to a bowl. Peel two carrots and cut into pieces, and add to potatoes.
  2. Marinate the potatoes by adding dried rosemary “Lubystok”, Himalayan pink salt “Lubystok”, fresh chopped garlic, oil. Leave the potatoes to marinate for 20-30 minutes.
  3. Bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes at 180 ° C.
  4. Sprinkle hot potatoes with fresh herbs.
