Mulled wine with white wine

Mulled wine is an interesting and varied drink. Today there are many recipes for mulled wine.

1. White dry wine - 750 ml.
2. Spices for mulled wine with raisins - 10 g.
3. Honey (floral or greek) - 150 g.
4. Water - 100 ml.
5. Orange - 1 pc.
6. Pear - 1 pc.


  1. First, wash the fruit and dry it with paper towels. Cut the pear and orange into small equal slices.
  2. Pour water into a cooking vessel, put on fire, add “Spices for mulled wine with raisins” and honey.
  3. Stirring, bring the liquid to a boil, then strain.
  4. Mix white wine with a decoction of spices, add slices of orange and pear and put on fire again.
  5. Mulled wine should be prepared at a temperature of not more than 70 degrees. Do not bring to a boil!
