Ingredients

1. 1,5 kg pork (pork neck)
2. 0,75 kg onion
3. 1 eggplant
4. 1 zucchini
5. 1 bell pepper (bell pepper)
6. 2 tbps olive oil
7. 2-3 tbps seasoning for kebab “Recipes by Chef”

Preparation

  1. Carve the pork into slices of around 70-90g.
  2. Peel the onion, slice it into semi-circles and add to pork. Season the meat with salt and pepper according to your own taste (we recommend using our organic black pepper “Hell’s pepper”), add 2-3 tablespoons of seasoning for kebab “Recipes by Chef”, mix all together and let it marinade for 2-3 hours.
  3. Slice eggplant and zucchini into circles around 1-1,5 cm each. Slice sweet pepper into 4 parts and remove seeds. Salt vegetables, add seasoning for kebab “Recipes by Chef”, 2 tablespoons of olive oil and mix it all together.
  4. Take pork out of marinade, place it on skewers and put it together with vegetables on grill for about 15-20 minutes. The dish is ready.
