Ingredients

1. Salmon - 2 pieces
2. Seasoning for fish "Recipes from the chef" "Lubystok" - 0.5 packet
3. Oil - 2 tbsp.
4. Salt - to taste

Preparation:

  1. Peel the salmon pieces, rinse them under cold water.
  2. Use a dry paper towel to remove excess moisture.
  3. Rub the skin of the fish well with fish seasoning “Recipes from the chef” and salt (to taste) of the Trading House “Lubystok”. Leave to marinate for 5-10 minutes.
  4. Heat a frying pan over medium heat for 3-5 minutes. Add oil so that it covers the bottom of the pan.
  5. Fry the salmon for 3-5 minutes on each side until a pink crust appears.
