Ingredients

Canapes with Parma ham and gorgonzola:
1. Oregano "Premium"
2. Green onions
3. Parma ham
4. Bread with grains and nuts
5. Philadelphia
6. Gorgonzola
7. Sour cream
8. Cream
9. Walnuts
10. Homemade mayonnaise
11. Egg yolk
12. Mixed salad

Canapes with dried pork with cherries:
1. Gray or black bread with nuts and grains
2. Mixed salad
3. BBQ sauce
4. Cherry drilled
5. Dried pork
6. Oregano "Premium"
7. Cinnamon "Premium"

Preparation:

Canapes with Parma ham and gorgonzola

  1. Cut bread with grains and nuts into equal pieces and put in the oven for 7 minutes.
  2. Chop walnuts in a blender and add sour cream, Philadelphia and gorgonzola cheese, dried oregano “Premium”, egg yolk and cream. Mix in a blender.
  3. The resulting mixture is poured into baking tins and put in a preheated oven for 15-20 minutes at 120 degrees.
  4. Spread the finished filling on the dried bread and decorate with a slice of Parma ham, a drop of homemade mayonnaise and herbs.

Canapes with dried pork and cherries

  1. Cut bread with grains and nuts into pieces and dry in the oven.
  2. Add  dried oregano “Premium” and  cinnamon “Premium” to the BBQ sauce. Stir
  3. Grease the dried bread with the resulting sauce with spices, wrap the cherries in pork, spread on top of the bread and fix.
  4. Decorate with greenery.
