Ingredients

1. Chicken fillet - 300g
2. Onion - 1 piece
3. Oil - 20 ml
4. Butter - 20 g
5. Garlic - 3 cloves
6. Yogurt - 50 g
7. Basmati rice - 200 g
8. Seasoning "Curry masala" Tastes of the World
9. Salt to taste
10. Water - 2l

Preparation:

  1. Marinate chicken fillet with finely chopped onion in yogurt and seasoning “Curry masala” from the line “Tastes of the World” before cooking for an hour.
  2. Boil rice in salted water with the addition of bay leaf, cardamom and cloves until semi-finished.
  3. Combine and heat the vegetable oil and butter in a thick-bottomed saucepan. Add pickled chicken and garlic.
  4. Put out for 10 minutes. Add fig. Mix everything thoroughly. Add more spices and salt if it needed. Put out for another 10 minutes.
