“Seasoning for homemade sausage” is a flouvering blend of selected spices for preparing flouvering and appetizing homemade sausage. We recommend you the following recipe: 2kg of pork, chopped into small pieces, and 1 kg of beef, minced in meat grinder, then mix it with seasoning (the entire package) and add 100-200 ml of water and salt. Beat mince until smooth and stuff prepared guts with it, then tightly bind the ends of guts. Put sausage slices on a baking sheet, pierce in several places with a fork and bake in the oven.
