Rosemary

Rosemary is one of the most fragrant spices in the Mediterranean. It has a rich smell with hints of camphor and pine needles and a tart, slightly sharp taste. It is most often used in the preparation of game, roast pork, lamb, stewed and fried dishes of chicken, turkey, duck meat. It also adds a spicy flavor to soups, a variety of grilled dishes, pâtés, fillings and pizza dough. Rosemary goes well with garlic, black pepper, chili pepper, marjoram, thyme.
