Pork skewers

Pork skewers – a favorite dish on the grill of almost everyone! With our “Khmeli-suneli” seasoning from the “Tastes of the World” line of the Trading House “Lubystok”, you get a delicious marinade for meat, thanks to a combination of natural spices and aromatic herbs.

Ingredients

1. Seasoning "Khmeli-suneli" from the line "Tastes of the World" - 1 pack
2. Pork - 2 kg.
3. Onion (juice) - 3-4 pcs.
4. Oil - 2-3 tbsp.
5. Soy sauce - 4 tbsp.
6. Grenade grains
7. Salt to taste

Preparation:

  1. Peel a squash, grate it and cut it into pieces.
  2. Add the “Khmeli-suneli” seasoning from the “Tastes of the World” line, oil, soy sauce.
  3. Rub the onion on a grater and squeeze the onion juice through a sieve. Add to the rest of the ingredients.
  4. Mix everything thoroughly and leave to marinate for 2-3 hours.
  5. String the skewers on skewers and fry until fully cooked.
