Spanish garlic soup

Spanish garlic soup is one of the oldest dishes in Spain. The unsurpassed taste is emphasized by spanish smoked paprika and dried garlic from the Trading House “Lubystok”.

Ingredients

1. Olive oil - 1/3 cup
2. Dried granulated garlic "Lubystok" - 1 tsp.
3. Jamon - 200 g
4. Baguette - 3 slices
5. "Spanish smoked paprika" from the line "Tastes of the World" "Lubystok" - 1 tbsp.
6. Eggs - 6 pcs
7. Garlic - 3 cloves
8. Fresh parsley - 20 g
9. Himalayan pink salt - to tasty

Preparation:

  1. In a deep frying pan, lightly fry the garlic until golden. Add diced ham, baguette slices. Stir and fry over medium heat.
  2. Add “Spanish smoked paprika” from the “Tastes of the World” line, dried granulated garlic, water and Himalayan pink salt. Bring to a boil and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Carefully break the eggs into the soup. Cover with a lid. Let the eggs boil in the soup for about 3-5 minutes.
  4. Pour the soup into plates, add slices of ham. Sprinkle with fresh parsley on top.
