Paprikash

We prepare a classic dish of Austrian and Hungarian cuisine – chicken paprikash. To prepare this delicacy you will need chicken breast, ground smoked paprika “Hell Pepper” and selected spices from the Trading House “Lubystok”.

Ingredients

1. Ground smoked paprika "Hell pepper" - 2 tbsp.
2. Onions - 2 pcs.
3. Garlic - 4 cloves
4. Tomatoes - 2 pcs.
5. Seasoning for chicken "Recipes from the chef" - 0.5 tsp.
6. Bulgarian pepper - 2 pcs.
7. Chicken fillet - 2 pcs.
8. Oil - 2 tbsp.
9. Tomato juice - 250 ml
10. Parsley - half a bunch
11. Sour cream - 100 g
12. Starch - 1 tbsp.
13. Ground black pepper "Hell pepper" - to taste
14. Himalayan pink salt - to taste

Preparation:

  1. Peel onions and garlic. Chop the garlic with a knife. Cut the onion into half rings. Take red sweet peppers, cut into cubes.
  2. Cut the chicken into large slices. Peel a squash, grate it and cut it into cubes.
  3. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan, fry onions and garlic. Add chicken, fry for 2-3 minutes. Spread the pepper, add the seasoning to the chicken “Recipes from the chef”, salt and pepper.
  4. Add tomatoes, tomato juice and smoked ground paprika “Hell pepper” from the Trading House “Lubystok”. Stir, leave to simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. Mix starch with sour cream. Add to the paprikash and simmer for another 10 minutes.
  6. The last touch – take half a bunch of parsley, chop and add to the finished paprika.
