Ingredients

1. Himalayan pink salt "Lubystok"
2. Milk - 700 ml
3. Flour - 300 g
4. Eggs - 2 pcs.
5. Oil - 2 tbsp.
6. Cherry tomatoes
7. Basil "Lubystok"
8. Cream cheese - 300 g
9. Dried tomatoes - 100 g
10. Fresh herbs
11. Green onions

Preparation:

  1. Add eggs, Himalayan pink salt and milk to the flour. Interrupt with a mixer. Add oil and beat until smooth.
  2. Fry thin pancakes and let them cool a bit.
  3. For the filling we use unsweetened cream cheese. Beat the dried tomatoes in a blender. Chop the green stalks of young onions and add to the cream cheese. Dried basil from “Lubystok” will add aroma to the filling.
  4. Wrap the pancakes with the filling and cut into portions.
