Kish Lauren with asparagus and spinach

Kish Lauren is a classic of French cuisine. A cake with a variety of fillings is quite simple and quick to prepare, using organic spices from “Lubystok”!

Ingredients

1. Puff pastry - 150 g
2. Butter - 25 g
3. Flour - 25 g
4. Spinach - 200 g
5. Eggs - 2 pcs
6. Asparagus (asparagus) - 200 g
7. Garlic - 50 g
8. Onions - 100 g
9. Mushrooms - 200 g
10. Cream (18%) - 200 g
11. Cherry tomato - 200 g
12. Parsley - 10 g
13. Hard cheese - 25 g
14. A mixture of whole peppers organic "Lubystok" - 2 tbsp.
15. Himalayan pink salt - to taste

Preparation:

  1. Put the puff pastry in the form, form a skirting board. Cover the dough with parchment and cover with cereal on top so that the dough begins to bake and retain its shape. Bake for about 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
  2. Finely chop the onion and sauté in a pan in butter. Add the spinach and lightly sauté it in the pan. Pour cream. Add eggs and flour. Season to taste with Himalayan pink salt and an organic mixture of whole peppers “Lubystok”. Fry on low heat for 5-7 minutes.
  3. We take out a cake, we spread stuffing from a frying pan on it. Add peeled asparagus, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes. Rub on top and sprinkle with cheese.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
