Ginger Belgian waffles

Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Yes, it’s all about Belgian ginger waffles. We prepare tender pastries with natural spices from “Lubystok” and organic ingredients from “Dobryk”.

1. Flour - 200 g
2. Ginger ground "Lubystok" - 1 tsp.
3. Himalayan pink salt - a pinch
4. Butter - 120 g
5. Organic sugar "Dobryk" - 80 g
6. Eggs - 2 pcs
7. Milk - 150 ml
8. Sugar with vanilla flavor "Dobryk" - 10 g
9. Baking powder "Dobryk" - 1 tsp.
10. Organic powdered sugar "Dobryk" - 1 tbsp.


  1. Combine soft butter with organic sugar “Dobryk”, sugar with vanilla flavor “Dobryk” and eggs. Mix thoroughly.
  2. Mix the dry ingredients (ground ginger “Lubystok”, flour, baking powder “Dobryk”), sift and add in two parts to the egg mass. Add a pinch of Himalayan pink salt. Pour in warm milk and mix thoroughly. Leave the thick dough on the table for 15 minutes.
  3. Pour the dough into a preheated waffle iron with a large spoon. Bake each waffle for 5 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle Belgian ginger waffles with organic powdered sugar “Dobryk”  on top.
