Fish stew with vegetables

Aromatic fish with stewed vegetables is a delicious idea for lunch or dinner. We marinate fish with fish seasoning “Recipes by chef” of the Trading House “Lubystok” – it contains only natural spices and seasonings.

Ingredients

1. Mackerel - 1 pc.
2. Seasoning for fish "Recipes by chef" Lubystok
3. Bulgarian pepper - 100 g
4. Canned tomatoes (without peel) - 100 g
5. Chicken broth - 50 ml.
6. Flour - 20 g
7. Olive oil
8. Garlic
9. Salt, sugar

Preparation:

  1. Marinate the peeled fish fillet in the fish seasoning “Chef’s Recipes”, in Himalayan pink salt and soy sauce.
  2. Fry in oil with garlic and spices
  3. Peel a squash, grate it and cut it into cubes. Peel a bell pepper and cut it into cubes. Fry in oil with spices, salt and sugar.
  4. Stew over low heat, add chicken broth.
  5. Dry fried fish from excess fat. Lay out on a plate. Put stewed vegetables on the fish and decorate with greens. Garnish with pesto sauce.
