British roast beef

Ingredients

1. 1-1,2 kg beef tenderloin
2. 100 g arugula
3. 100 g cherry tomatoes
4. 20-30 g Parmesan
5. 5-7 tbsps olive oil
6. 2-3 tbsps balsamic vinegar
7. 2 tbsps meat seasoning “Recipes by Chef”

Preparation

  1. Salt and pepper all over meat according to your own taste. We recommend using flavouring blend of “5 peppers”.
  2. Mix 2 tablespoons of flavoring seasoning for meat “Recipes by Chef” with 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil, rub meat with prepared blend and put it in the fridge for 2 hours to marinate.
  3. Take meat out of your marinade, heat the olive oil in a frying pan and fry the beef until browned and crispy on all sides.
  4. Preheat the oven to 180?С, and place the beef in the oven for 20-30 minutes for medium beef. The roast beef must be pale pink inside. Let the meat rest in warm place for 10-15 minutes.
  5. Cut the cherry tomatoes into halves and mix with arugula. Add 4-5 tablespoons of olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper and mix it all together.
  6. Carve the prepared roast beef and pour the roasting juices over it. Decorate it with arugula salad and with sliced permesan. The dish is ready.
