Borsch in a bread plate

Ukrainian borsch cannot be confused with any dish in the world. Thick, full-bodied, aromatic – a gourmet delight!
Natural spices from the Trading house “Lubystok” will complement the unsurpassed taste of Ukrainian borsch. We will serve our borsch in a bread plate.

Ingredients

1. Seasoning universal "Recipes from the Chef" - 2 tbsp. l.
2. Himalayan pink salt - to taste
3. Organic bay leaf - 3 pcs.
4. Lard seasoning - 1 tsp.
5. Pork - 300 g
6. Lard (without skin) - 200 g
7. Butter - 30 g
8. Sour cream - 50 g
9. Red beets - 300 g
10. Bulgarian pepper - 1 pc.
11. Carrots - 200 g
12. Cabbage - 500 g
13. Potatoes - 200 g
14. Celery - 100 g
15. Onions - 100 g
16. Garlic - 30 g
17. Boiled beans - 300 g
18. Tomato paste - 2 tablespoons
19. Water - 3 l.
20. Fresh herbs

Preparation:

  1. Boil the meat in a separate saucepan. Add shredded cabbage, chopped potatoes, boiled beans, a universal seasoning from the “Chef’s Recipes” line and a classic lard seasoning from the  Trading House “Lubystok”.
  2. We stew vegetables separately for borsch refueling. Add tomato paste, organic bay leaf  and Himalayan pink salt to the vegetables.
  3. Add the finished stewed vegetables to the rest of the ingredients and cook for another 30-45 minutes.
  4. We serve our borsch in a bread plate, cutting out the middle.
