Selected aromatic blend gives favorite Korean carrots fine and not too piquant taste. We recommend this method of cooking: grate 1 kg of peeled carrots into strips, add the contents of the pack “Seasoning for Korean carrots. Mild”, 5-6 tablespoons of 9% vinegar and 6-8 grated cloves of garlic. Add pre-heated sunflower oil (75 ml) into the mixture, stir and leave for 12 hours in a cool place.
